Description:
Deogum 294 facilitates the processing of special elastomers as FKM, HNBR, ACM or ECO. Flow properties and moulding are improved by reduced Mooney viscosity. Deogum 294 eases the mould release and provides a smooth surface. The organosiloxane component in Deogum 294 is compatible with the elastomer and provides flow and release properties without the difficulties of a conventional silicone oil or silicone based additive

Benefit / Application:
Primarily used for FKM, Improved release and flow behaviour, No impending influence of the organosiloxane on following processes.
