Description:
Deogum 400 has been developed for the use in bisphenolic and peroxide cured FKM compounds to decrease the compound viscosity. It increases the extrusion and injection speeds with an excellent lubricating effect, even at low dosages. Deogum 400 leads futhermore to easier demoulding. Care must be taken higher dosages as hardness and compression set may increase

Benefit / Application:
Primarily used for FKM, Improved demoulding and mould fouling behaviour, particularly when curing with peroxides improved dispersion and flow behaviour.
