LUVOMAXX LNBR N280 DL 70 is a dry liquid preparation of a low-volatile, cross-linkable polymeric plasticizer, mainly applied in NBR compounds with demands for low compression set and low migration properties During vulcanisation the active ingredient LNBR N280 gets grafted to the main-elastomer backbone via sulphur crosslinks. After vulcanisation the formerly mobile plasticizer is now a fixed part of the polymer matrix and shows neither any migration tendencies nor can be extracted.

The use of LUVOMAXX LNBR N280 DL 70 avoids extensive thermo-conditioning steps and material losses of the high viscous, sticky liquid plasticizer. The free-flowing, non-dusting DL powder can be properly weighed and handled and provides for consistent dosage batch-by-batch and allows a best-possible dispersion of its pre-dispersed liquid active ingredient. LUVOMAXX LNBR N280 DL 70 is particularly recommended for the usage in NBR compounds but it is also applicable within other polar (diene) rubbers like CR.
